Objectives:
• Determine optimal therapy/treatment for patients who have chronic lymphocytic leukemia based on the latest clinical data.
• Integrate and personalize new treatment options for chronic lymphocytic leukemia into clinical practice based on the latest clinical trial data, evidence and recommendations.

Educational Format: 
This activity will be didactic with a Q&A period. This activity will be evaluated by each participant at the conclusion of the lecture.

Target Audience: 
This activity has been designed to address the educational needs of community and institution-based medical oncologists, hematologists, surgical oncologists, interventional radiologists, pathologists, PAs, nurse practitioners, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers involved in the management of patients with cancer.

City of Hope designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
 
PA Continuing Education:
PAs may claim a maximum of 1.0 Category 1 credit for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.
 
Nurse Practitioner Continuing Education:
The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program (AANPCP) accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM from organizations accredited by the ACCME. Individuals are responsible for checking with the AANPCP for further guidelines.
 
Allied Health Care Professionals:
Registered nurses may report up to 1.0 credit hour toward the continuing education requirement for license renewal by their state Board of Registered Nurses (BRN). AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM may be noted on the license renewal application in lieu of a BRN provider number. The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants states that AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM accredited courses are acceptable for continuing medical education requirements for recertification.

• After the meeting you will also receive an email with instructions to log in, complete, and submit your online posttest and evaluation. You must claim credit within 7 days of the live stream.
